- Optionally add discounts (percent-off or fixed-off).
- Review the final charges and see which rule affected the fee.
Example
A provider charges $2 fixed + 1% fee, with a $5 minimum fee and 20% discount:
- Amount: $200
- Base fee = $2 + ($200 × 1%) = $4
- Minimum fee applies → $5
- Discount 20% → $4
- Final charges ≈ $4 (effective rate ≈ 2.00%)
